Halloween

We had a great Halloween season. Got a ton of wear out of the pumpkin outfit (from Grandmary) and the Jack-o-lantern outfit (from Baba). There is a difference and Baba has made Kacie quite aware of this! Both outfits have really seen their better day...

I do love my kids. That's a good thing, right?! :)

Calvin had his first Halloween party with his new playgroup friends. They are all July/September babies from our class at A Mother's Haven. He is the frog in the bottom right. The hungry frog who had just woken up from a 2 hour nap (in the wrap, of course).

At the park before going to Uncle Matt and Teta Meesh's house

Calvin the frog (again) :)

Heading out to trick-or-treat at Pattie & Paul's house.

Kacie the flamingo with Teta Meesh

She enjoyed that sucker! Can you tell?!

After the kids went to bed (or shall I say AS Kacie was going to sleep), Daddy & Mommy participated in the Haunted House that was occuring at Uncle Matt and Teta Meesh's house. Uncle Donkey Paul and his crew as well as Teta Meesh and hers worked hard at getting it put together. Graveyard scene / Popping out of nowhere dummies / Dinner scene with disgusting guts / Pirates galore and a bloody Jason-type tunnel. AAAhhhhh!

Daddy was a pirate with Uncle Donkey

Mommy was a winged-monkey from the Wizard of Oz or some other freaky-type of thing.

The crew of zombies and freaks and monsters and scary people...

It was really a ton of fun - and much more so than I thought it'd be!
