Kacie Meets Alexandros

On Saturday, April 26th, we met up with Kat & David in LA (who were visiting from Denver for Greek Orthodox Easter) so that Kacie & Alexandros could meet. Alexis was born a bit early and arrived on December 3rd, which is the date that Kacie was supposed to come! So they are 5 days apart. Katerina and I ran track together at UCLA, and she was an older inspiration on the team (and from Venice High, a city section contender, like Chatsworth). She was also a math major (tutored me a time or two, I believe!) and got her PhD in Statistics in Berkeley. We were sad when she and David moved from the Bay Area. :( But, she is now a professor in Colorado!
