Kacie has been showing signs of finding her hands and fingers this last week. This morning she has had them in her mouth and is sucking on them. She has also been licking her clothes and anything else that she can get close to her mouth.
She is definitely much more alert than she had been...talking all the time! She slept a lot yesterday -- I woke her up from a close to 3 hour nap so that she could eat and to remind her that it is daytime! Goodness. Come bedtime, she didn't want to go to sleep! She finally went down about 10:15pm and slept until 3am. (Mom won't complain.) She ate for her usual 6 minutes or so and went back to sleep until 6:30am this morning. Now she is up and although yawning, is squirming around like she needs to poop again. We shall see. I look forward to the morning nap. ;)
