We just got back from (another) long trip away. We were gone from May 14th until May 26th, and it's good to be home. Here are some pictures from our adventure including a short recap!
Our flight to Portland, Maine from Dulles Airport in D.C. got cancelled so we got to stay the night with Auntie Jocelyn. Here we are in her place! She was so gratious to come and get us and share her bed and place with us. It was so great to see her and where she lives. And she also gave us a driving tour around Washington D.C. I haven't been since the 5th grade and hope to go back soon!

Baba & Poohpa flew in on Wednesday night and we took off in the morning towards Kansas City. The first night we stayed in Hagerstown, Maryland after we did a very quick tour of Boston in the morning. The second day we made our way towards Louseville, KY. Here we are at a rest stop in West Virginia, I believe. And on the Ohio River that night in Louiseville with Sida & Wesley, Poohpa's cousins from KY.
Saturday we continued toward Kansas City and stopped in St. Louis for lunch to see Sarah Lewis, my college roommate from Junior year who is in med school there. It was a short trip but great to see her!
We finally made it to Maine to see the Pantaz family. Here is Kacie with Audrey (5) and Bess (2.5). We had a wonderful stay with them. We got to see Eli play baseball and take a trip to the beach. Alex and Darcee were so welcoming as always, and it was great to see them. Unfortunately, Neal missed his connection on Saturday so he wasn't able to make it up there.

We then trekked to Swampscott, MA to visit Uncle Ed, Auntie Anna, and cousins Grace & Henry. The first night we had dinner with John & Alicia Vittal as well. Here we are gathered around the table eating kebabs!
The 3 cousins: Kacie (5mo), Grace (2.5yrs) & Henry (7.5mo)
We were in Swampscott & Boston for 4.5 days and then got ready for the next adventure.

And at another rest stop for a potty and milk break!

We finally made it to KC and had the chance the tour around the surprisingly beautiful city...(of course it was May so the weather was pretty ideal!) Here we are at the fountain in Kansas City.
Saying goodbye to Baba & Poohpa in the LA airport before continuing on to SF.
