3rd Trip to Southern Cal in 2 months!

Kacie had a very busy few days from Friday, February 15th? through the following Thursday (Feb. 21st?) (well, even longer -- will tell more in the next post!)
We drove down to Paso on Friday night, stopping in San Jose to see Linda Bickel at her son Todd & his wife Noella's house. They just had a baby, Luke Phillip, 2 weeks earlier.

On Saturday, we drove to Chatsworth in time for a "Meet Kacie" party with the Karchem family. We saw the usual entire crew and Kacie met Aiden, who is 6 days older than she is. Here is Aiden with his mom, Dahlia.

Sunday we visited Jaime & Rob at their place in Culver City. Their son Tyler was happy to see Kacie and wanted to wake her up! Nicole Luque was also there. The 3 of us were roommates together senior year at UCLA. It was great to catch up with them.


From there, we made our way down to Orange County to see Uncle Matt and Teta Meesh at their house. They barbequed ribs (yum!!) for us and invited Pattie & Paul to have dinner with us too. Kacie got to ride on Teta Meesh's feet! Mom was a bit nervous!!!


Daddy had a conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point from Mon-Wed. We had an ocean view room! Kacie enjoyed the cool breeze and the amazing view.


Teta Meesh took a day trip down to San Diego with us to visit Robin and her family there. Her boys, Andrew and Noah are already 5 and 3! We spent a few hours visiting with them, which was very nice.

On Wednesday, as Mommy and Kacie made their way back up towards San Francisco (Daddy had to fly to Vail for a conference), we stopped in Chatsworth to see Baba and Poohpa! They are watching Kacie doing some tummy time.
